| Short Description of Instrument |
CMS measures learning in a variety of memory dimensions: Attention and working memory, verbal and visual memory, Short- and long-delay memory, Recall and recognition, and learning characteristics.
The scale takes about 30 minutes to administer, plus about 5-10 minutes after a 20-minute delay.
Age Range: 5-8 years and 9-16 years
Psychometric Properties: National sample of 1,000 normally functioning children. Subtest Scaled Scores and Index Scores representing critical domains of learning attention and memory. The Pearson report discusses the scale's psychometric properties and its relationship to the WISC-IV (Drozdick et al., 2008).

ME/CFS Specific: This scale is very good to use for young children and pre-adolescents.
