Short Description of Instrument |
Functional Ambulation Category classifes patients based on basic motor skills needed for functional ambulation. It measures rehabilitation in wide range of conditions progress on a 6-point scale by determining how much support is required to walk with or without a personal assistive device. |

Scoring |
There are six scoring categories:
1: Nonfunctional (cannot walk)
2: Dependent, Level II
3: Dependent, Level I
4: Dependent, Supervision
5: Independent, level Surfaces only
6: Independent, level and non-level surfaces
