Classification
Exploratory: Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)-Pediatric (ages 8-18 years old)
 
Short Description of Instrument
This is a 26-question self-report scale that measures the PTSD diagnostic criteria and symptom severity in children ages 8 to 18 years old.
 
Scoring
Items are rated on a 4-point frequency scale; functional impairment items are scored as "0" (absent) or "1" (present).
 
The total symptom severity score ranges from 0-51 and total severity-of-impairment score ranges from 0-7.
