Scoring: Each item is scored in 3 parts, based on:
Ability to complete activity scored on a difficulty scale ranging from without difficulty (0) to with help from others (3); Use of an aid to complete activity from no, never (0) to Yes, always (3); The importance of performing activity independently from No, absolutely not important (0) to Yes, very important (2). Scores are then added.
Background: This is a self-reported outcomes instrument. This measure is a 153-item assessment used to measure arm and hand function in people with tetraplegia.
Face validity established through Delphi Methods. No other psychometric properties have been assessed.

This is a self-report/interview test. It takes approximately 30-45 minutes to administer.
Administration Time: Face validity established through Delphi Methodology (Land et al., 2004). No other pysychometric studies are available.
