| Short Description of Instrument |
The Mini Environmental Risk Questionnaire (MERQ) was developed by the Parkinson's Institute as a Parkinson's Disease specific baseline assessment to be used in clinical trials. It has been used in clinical trials to capture patient information pertaining to environmental risk factors that have been assosciated with Parkinson's Disease.
