Short Description of Instrument
This self-report questionnaire includes 5 questions related to snoring, breathing cessation during sleep, mid-sleep awakening, sleep-onset  difficulty,  and daytime sleepiness.
Scoring
Each question has 5 responses options related to the frequency of the situations. The answers were coded as a 'Yes' for constant symptom and as a 'No' for never or occasional symptom.
