Short Description of Instrument

The Schwab & England Activities of Daily Living Scale estimates the abilities of individuals living with a disease relative to a completely independent situation.

Scoring

Scores range from one hundred percent, which indicates a completely independent individual, and zero percent, which indicates an individual in who is no longer functioning.
