Short Description of Instrument
This is a generic, self-administered instrument for screening Restless Leg Syndrome and is composed of 7 items.
Compared to the RLS-NIH scale, which has combined cardinal features in the first two items, the CH-RLSQ includes distinct questions to determine the presence or absence of each cardinal feature.
Scoring
RLS if questions are answered: 1 yes, 2 yes, 3 resting, 4 yes, 5 NOT equal or
morning, 6 does not usually relieve, 7 a as No OR b as No.
