The Questionnaire for Compulsive-Behaviors in Parkinsons Disease (QUIP) is a self-rated screening instrument developed and validated for the detection of ICDs and related behaviors in PD. Patients are asked There are full and abbreviated versions of the instrument.
The QUIP has 3 sections: Section 1 assesses four ICDs (involving gambling, sexual, buying, and eating behaviors), Section 2 other compulsive behaviors (punding, hobbyism, and walkabout), and Section 3 compulsive medication use.
